Our Services:

• Greater Seattle Computer Training: Training means the client sits in the chair, and we direct them. This form of learning works very effectively, as most people learn visually.
  
  We custom tailor training sessions so customers learn what they want to know, instead of what the instructor thinks they should learn.
• Repair Software: hen software programs become corrupted or damaged, we will diagnose and fix the problems and provide cost-effective solutions without jeopardizing your data.
• Data Recovery: We recover data from damaged or malfunctioning hard drives. If the drive won’t spin, or even if you lose the data, we will work with forensic specialists, who can recover almost any data, to ensure your lost data is retrieved. (The Forensic Specialist will have additional charges).
• Backup Systems: We evaluate your needs and custom design a system that you are comfortable using.
  
  We test the backup to ensure that it will perform the restore to a backup hard drive. The backup is essential to guarantee your full recovery from a catastrophic loss (dead hard drive).
• Virus/Spyware Removal: We are a Stop Sign authorized reseller.
  
  Typical scenario:
  
  -The client uses Norton Anti-Virus, Spy Sweeper and/or SpyBot Search and Destroy, AdAware, Internet Security Kit, and several Google/Yahoo toolbar popup blockers.
  
  -Now the computer won’t connect to the Internet, or it connects very slowly, or gets hijacked to advertiser’s web sites.
  
  We remove all of these programs, install Stop Sign, run a scan and the system is now guaranteed virus-free for a year.
  
  Spyware, Adware and pop ups are eliminated.
  Instant Messenger data is now protected.
  A more robust firewall is blocking unwanted intrusions.
  Stop Sign automatically updates itself, scans all data.
  In severe cases, a custom cleaner will be by written by the tech support team, at no charge.

• Evaluate Needs / Pre-Purchase Support: We listen to our customers to understand their needs, and suggest equipment and software to help you achieve your objectives. We act as customer advocates to make sure you do not get oversold on items you don’t need. We help you find the right item the first time.
• Design/Install Seattle Area Networks: We evaluate the physical structure of your site, determine what limitations might exist, and map out a network of either hard-wired Ethernet cabling, or Wi-Fi wireless systems, or hybrid systems that may use both. We have installation specialists who will implement virtually any network design to meet even the most challenging requirements.
• PC/Mac Service and Repair: This means we fix broken or non-functioning PC or Mac computer equipment.
  
  We determine what part is broken, and either repair or replace the damaged components.
  
  We also determine if the system is under warranty, and interface with the manufacturer to ensure rapid warranty service with no headaches for the user.
• Retained Service: We provide a special Retained Service Agreement that takes advantage of our expertise which allows you access to priority on-site or on-call computer repair services with our monthly service agreements. We will also customize your support programs.
